Burn: More calories than you eat. Eat several small healthy meals,but watch the carbs.concentrate on the veggies and neatest then the fruits as they can be higher in sugar. Drink at least64 oun ces of water a day. Balance cardio and strength training. It takes 3500 calories burned to lose a pound of weight!!
