If i have sinus fluid in mastoids below ears what are the chances of it becoming a cerebral abcess? ct didn't show sinus problems in the facial area.

Extremely low: That used to be a common problem many decades ago, before antibiotics and before imaging (like CT). I've not seen a cerebral abscess from mastoid problems in over 20 years in the US.
