Nonspecific : Soft tissue densities in the normally air filled mastoid, middle ear and sinus cavities indicates there is some type of chronic, long term inflammation in those areas. It could indicate chronic infection, as well. It depends on your clinical condition and how severe those findings are to really give you an idea of what this means to you. The brain finding is not uncommon, discuss with doctor.
