Possible but...: Probably not. There are many causes of enlarged lymph nodes. Usually when they are incidentally discovered they are benign inflammatory/reactive lymph nodes, but yes, lymphoma or metastatic disease can cause enlarged lymph nodes as well. Follow up with your doctor.

Immune Health: In general swollen lymph nodes represents immune health, not cancer. Reactive lymph glands are usually just doing their job: which is to protect the human from infection. I am sure your physician is doing all of the right tests to rule out disease.
