Skin on penis tip constantly peeling off, itchy, internet says it's probably a yeast infection, so i've been using antifungal cream (for 2 weeks now) cream helps with the peeling skin but after skipping a day of applying it the skin is even worse?

A non-yeast fungal infection also is possible, but there are several possible causes. With continuing symptoms despite self treatment, it's time to see a doctor for professional evaluation and treatment. In the meantime, don't be worried: most such conditions are not serious.

I doubt you're diabetic & I don't think it's a fungal infection but it's possible. . You could be dealing with excess friction and/or dryness or a type of allergic response. Avoid tight jeans. Wear white cotton boxer shots. If not improved consult a urologist or a dermatologist for evaluation.
