Probably not: Vomiting is not a sign of chronic liver disease - you might experience nausea with some acute hepatitis, but more as a viral type symptoms. If you are having right upper quadrant pain associated with vomiting, this could represent peptic ulcer disease, gallbladder disease, pancreatitis. See a gastroenterologist if the vomiting and pain persists.
