I took 1 pep tablet at night after taking a cup of tea but by morning i was too weak to walk, felt like hard vomiting after 3 hours i was put on several drips to dilute the tablet & felt ok. do u think i might have damaged any of my organs like liver?

Since you felt well rather quickly, I feel you don't have to be concerned about serious side effects like liver damage, but it's worthwhile to have a battery of metabolic lab tests which include liver enzymes.
