Not liver tumor: Vomiting is a sign of blockage at pylorus and reverse peristalsis causing gastric contents to regurgitate. The presence of blood can be due to a co existing gastric lesion or mucosal irritation from the vomiting. If this persists then gastroscopy and biopsy are essential to rule our mass or ulcerating lesion producing the symptoms. Liver tumors not associated with vomiting unless metastatic .
