My mom, 84, stage 4 hepatoma liver cancer, she has been vomitting and diarhhea. is that means she is coming to the end of her life? how much longer?

There are new advances and treatment s like an oral medication called sorafanib that may prolong survival but it's not a cure and with her old age she may not tolerate the side effects.
