terminal hepatoma: Advance hematoma has a limited life expectancy usually 4 to 6 months or even shorter based on how advance the disease is at diagnosis. There are new advances and treatment s like an oral medication called sorafanib that may prolong survival but it's not a cure and with her old age she may not tolerate the side effects.

time: No one can really say how much time a stage 4 cancer patient has left but please make sure hospice is involved. They can do so much to help provide comfort to your family and your mother.
