Unlikely: Fever is due to a breakdown in the presence of a malignant lesion. Vomiting is due to reverse peristalsis of the GI tract. Liver metastasis regardless of origin is clonal in origin and cant spread from liver to involve GI tract. Liver mets are well vascularize and fed from hepatic artery so to damage tumor one must embolize the arterial branch feeding tumor.
