This is concerning.: Lymph nodes in the supraclavicular area and usually too small to feel. Since you have one that is not only large enough to feel, but getting bigger, you definitely need to be checked out. There are a few trivial causes of enlarged supraclavicular nodes, but there are also some serious ones.
