Neck swelling: Stop any meds (including any 'natural' supplements), take some benadryl (diphenhydramine) and get airway evaluated ASAP. Go to ER now. If you have any Afrin nasal spray around use it now. This might be serious.

I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction like swelling or if it's just a muscle thing but my throat has been bothering me since last week. It feels tight or like there's a lump right behind / around my Adams apple at the bottom of my throat.
