Inflammed: Hello, The inflamed area may not be related to the thyroidectomy since it has been over 5 years ago. The inflamed scar region should be further evaluated.

Hi just had part. thyroidectomy 6 days ago and how soon can I expect the pain (the thyroid pain, not the incision/swollenness) to go away? I'm talking about the burning pain from the tumor all over my body. if pain isn't from tumor, where is it from?
