Talk with your doc: In general, a low dose of both should be safe. Low dose paxil (paroxetine) is 20-40 mg. Gabapentin dosing ranges from 300 mg to 2400 mg daily for some patients. Make sure your doc knows that you are on both meds, and that you are tapering up slowly. If you have been on a stable dose for a while, and are feeling well, you should be fine. Make sure to contact your doc if you have symptoms or start new meds.
