It has been 2 month after h.pylori antibiotic and I still have burning stomach. does burning in stomach alway related to h.pylori or other condition?
I have been diagnosed with H Pylori by an EGD 6 months ago but I haven't finished the antibiotic treatment. Have I done considerable damage to my stomach by delaying treatment? I take a daily ppi and sucralfate for symtom relief. My age is 18 years?

I took 2 doses f Doxycycline then was told to stop.A day later I had some gurgling in my stomach and was tested for H. Pylori which came back negative.I read that antibiotics could skew the test but can only 2 pills skew it if infection was active?
I took antiobiotics to get rid of hpylori then took lots of probiotics 2 weeks later including a pill form and activia. I still have mucous smelly stools that float, stomach pain.and nausea.
