Is h pylori bacteria dangerous? i am getting my medicine tomorrow and i have been vomiting with burning in my abdomen.

Not if treated: H. Pylori can cause gastritis and ulcers. It is a class 1 world health organization carcinogen as it can be associated with stomach cancer. Fortunately there are several good antibiotic regimens for it and recurrence is fairly uncommon.
