What dose are you on: Topamax (topiramate) is considered GOOD STUFF by the American Academy of Neurology when it comes to prophylaxing chronic migraine headaches. But some physicians are little hesitant to push the dose up to a point where the headaches are truly snuffed out....they go up to where the headaches are better or more tolerable. If you're tolerating the drug well then, it may be able to be pushed up. ASK your doctor!
