I take topamax (topiramate) once daily to prevent migraines. recently i have noticed an increase in migraines could i be building a tolerance? is that common?

Dosage: Typical topirimate dose is 50 mg twice daily, but in many cases, the dose needs escalation. In some cases, a fairly high dose may be required. See your doctor about adjusting the level or even using some different medication.
