Topamax (topiramate) and Sex: For many people Topamax (topiramate) can make a big difference in the quality of life as a headache/migraine prevention medication. Reduced sex drive is considered a rare side effect of the Topamax (topiramate). The sexual side effects like of anorgasmia or sexual dysfunction are not well researched or reported.
