Tough question. : This is like asking what hurts less being stabbed or being shot.....both are bad for you but can be ok in moderation. Eating fried or sugary foods can be ok if eaten sparingly. After all what fun would things be if you couldn't eat cotton candy or an elephant ear when you go to a carnival. Be smart, I'm confident you know what's excessive.

Avoid the carbs: We should have a balanced diet, but to answer your question I believe the carbohydrates are worse! Cause fluctuations in your blood sugar that will result in more cravings soon
