Medications: Different medications can cause dry mouth, such as high blood pressure medications, anti-anxiety medications, mood elevators, etc. You can also have some sort of infection or defect within the salivary glands that reduces salivary output. See your dentist for evaluation.

Medications: Many medications cause dry mouth. Dry mouth can cause severe dental decay so make sure you have regular dental care. Work with your dentist to avoid serious dental problems.
