I have swelling/pain under my jaw l side. recent crown replacement (red on gumline), weird taste in mouth, 8 mo pregnant, possible sjogrens. thoughts?

Soreness/bad taste: May be as simple as the crown needing a slight occlusal adjustment. See your Dentist for appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan. If there is a bacterial infection can created problems for you and your baby, so see your Dentist ASAP.
