Cheat away!: If you make dieting "work", it becomes no fun! Instead of depriving yourself all 7 days, allow yourself to splurge on a forbidden food a couple of days a week. You won't feel deprived, but recognize you'll need to make up for those extra calories by being extra good the other 5 days. Determine how many calories total you need in a week to lose a desired amount of weight, then go for it!

Tips for craving: You might try: 1: Post-it notes saying " Is this really worth the calories?" 2. Beat the craving by leaving the house. 3. Keep busy. 4. If you do give in - make sure the snack is put away completely - Out of sight means out of mind which means lower calorie intake. Good Luck.
