IBS doesn't bleed: IBS shouldn't cause diarrhea that profuse. And it definitely shouldn't cause bleeding. Celiac disease doesn't cause bleeding either. There are other causes of persistent diarrhea and bloody stool besides IBD. Talk to your gastroenterologist.

IBS: I'm finding more and more people with sensitivity to sugar alcohols. Sorbitol, Xylitol , maltodextrin and malitol. Check labels. Sugar free gum and diet desserts, especially ice cream. Check your labels. I hope this works!
