On diuretic for 10 yrs, 3 yrs ago had sle symps, ana 1:1280 told to stop diuretic though did not consider dil. on plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine). can i use diuretic now?

Not enough info: The best approach is just to ask your own doctor. I will tell you that diuretics are a very uncommon cause of DIL.
