Unrealistic: You got somebody's blood up your nose? Even so, this is not a realistic fear. Infectious stuff needs to enter a vulnerable part of the body, directly penetrating tissue. If you're concerned that there may have been an infinitesimal amount of something on you hand and you wiped your nose (that's my guess), this is the family-member kind of intimacy that we know does not transmit HIV. Relax, Jason.

HIV transmission: HIV can be transmitted by methods other than unprotected sex. Any exposure to blood infected with HIV, particularly exposure of the membranes such as the mouth, nose, vaginal area can lead to transmission. If this has occurred, you should seek immediate medical consultation.
