If i accidentally inhaled small particles/debris from paper with dry blood on it, and have abrasions inside my nose (from nosebleed few days ago), am i at risk for hiv? i had asked about breathing in dry blood, but had not mentioned the nosebleed?

No: HIV does not survive on inanimate objects, so HIV transmission is not possible in above described circumstances. You may suffer from HIV related anxiety due to a previous experience and further discussing with your primary care doc should help in clarifying.
