Lymph Node: This could be a lymph node that became enlarged in response to the problem with your tooth. Would just let the dentist know.

Could be: If there is no associated pain, it's not likely anything harmful... but I would suggest you have it looked at by your dentist to make sure. Hope this helps!

Swelling: Any pain, swelling, or bleeding should be physically examined. It may be a normal anatomic structure that has been present for a long time, masked by the abscess. It may be something that requires investigation/treatment, or something that requires no treatment at all. A picture on the computer would only give 2 dimensional image. Need examination, possible x-ray. See your General Dentist.
