Headaches: Daily headaches along with neck discomfort are most often tension and stress related and stress management and coaching are usually effective for these. However to make a definitive diagnosis of tension headaches it would be ideal to have an evaluation by a neurologist or headache clinic. Appropriate testing will be done and treatment options reviewed.
