Root canal pain: You should not be having root canal pain continuing this long. Call your orthodontist who did the root canal to ask to be reexamined as the pain persists.

Doesn't sound: Normal - some minor lingering pain might be reasonable depending on degree of infection, presenting situation. With that said an evaluation from the treating endodontist, would be a good idea. Hope this helps.

Unusual, possible: Most likely Tension Type Headache from the stress and bad posture. Moist heat, neck stretching and NSAIDs OTC for a few days. If concerned, see your PCP.
