Not for females: Females stop growing 2-3 years after they start menstruating so no 18 year old female can grow more- the growth plates of the bones have fused. Most males stop growing at age 17-18 though some may grow a bit more up to age 21. Even if you stop growing in height after 18 you can continue to grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
