Exercise: Nope. Absolutely not. It means you are pushing too hard and too fast. It means you may be out of shape and will need to build up tolerance. A good figure to shoot for is a heart rate of 130 beats per minute and to maintain the ability to speak in a full sentence when exercising. This is called moderate exercise. And moderate exercise is the type most likely to assist with weight loss.
