Ask his Oncologist: This is a question which requires you(patient) to visit with a medical Oncologist who can then guide you about prognosis and the choice of chemotherapy which may help the patient. It may still be curable but the odds of more trouble ahead are high and should be kept in mind as we do not have very good chemotherapy for treatiig advanced stomach cancer.
