A member asked:

If stomach cancer has spread to pancreas, and pancreas can't be removed (even partially), is a complete transplant of the pancreas a viable solution?

No, not a solution: Stomach cancer that has spread outside of the stomach, either to the lymph nodes, to adjacent organs or into the peritoneal cavity cannot be managed by resection. Chemotherapy is the sole treatment and the overall results are less than satisfactory.

No: I'm sorry about this situation. If the stomach cancer's gotten this far, there is basically zero chance that it's not gone elsewhere. Nobody's going to donate a pancreas for this even if it were feasible. Your choice is radiation / chemotherapy and palliative care.
