Diagnosed w/ pancreatic cancer 6/22. 5 months of chemo then whipple 11/2022. tumor 3.5 centimeters ,2 positive lymph nodes. with these facts, what are the chances of recurrence and about how long do "most" people get recurrence?

I do not think there is a statistical data about your question which is chance of recurrence for each stage of pancreatic cancer. In general, recurrence occurs in 75% of patients after surgery. What I can tell is your condition is stage IIB before the surgery and chance of survival at 5 years is about 20% with the current treatment (surgery + neoadjuvant therapy). Good luck.
