Probably not. : Sounds like you may have what's called a right bundle branch block (rbbb) or Incomplete rbbb (both are benign). Also many times with women when they do the EKG they don't take off the bra and the leads are inadvertently placed higher on the chest giving you the reading you quoted. Those EKG computer reads are not very helpful. Go by your docs read not the computer :)
