Follow up needed : RVH or right ventricular hypertrophy can be caused by when the right ventricle has increased work and becomes enlarged which can be caused by several different things such as pulmonary hypertension, heart abnormality from birth such as tetralogy of Fallot, sickle cell anemia, chronic lung diseases/COPD, pulmonary valve stenosis, cardiac fibrosis, pulmonary emboli. Seek treatment & evaluation asap
