Don't know: Crohn's usually presents with severe diarrhea and bloody stools. Go see a doctor and get checked out.

Possibly: You should definitely consult your primary care physician. Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are definitely on the list, however there are are conditions that could do this as well. Based on lab tests, stool tests, a physical exam, and possibly some imaging, your doctors will decide whether you need a colonoscopy, which is a more definitive test for chronic inflammation in the bowel.
