A member asked:

I have been told by my gp that i have plantar fascitis. is it permanent or is there a solution i am on my feet all day for work it gets quite painful.

Can be helped: First get good fitting comfortable shoes and use a gel sole insert, worn shoes can cause the pain. Ice the foot several times a day for 20 minutes.Good stretching of the heel muscles. Take an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen as you are taking.
