Unprotected sex?: If you have been having unprotected sex, then pregnancy is always a possibility. Should check a home pregnancy test kit. I might agree that this is a pulled muscle, but hard to explain "deep breath" and weakness.

If concerned: about pregnancy do a pregnancy test, especially if on medications for a pulled muscle. These are not typical symptoms of pregnancy. Abdominal pain and weakness are concerning. Call doctor with your concerns.
