Ativan (lorazepam) withdrawal: You can reduce the potential symptoms during the withdrawal by slowly tapering off of Ativan (lorazepam) over time by 0.25 mg. The major symptom is a rebound insomnia that can be managed by using melatonin OTC. Good luck.
