Not likely: It usually takes longer than 3 days to build up a physical dependence to Ativan (lorazepam) and have physical withdrawal symptoms when it is stopped.

Rather unusual: You do not list your symptoms, but would not expect cessation of ativan (lorazepam) after 3 days to result in "withdrawal" so quickly. Of course, I do not know how much you were taking, which could affect this. Do contact your doctor and have a discussion.
