My b12 levels are high (1109) and my eosiniphils are at 8.4%. i have major fatigue, dizziness, and confusion. ive been experiencing pain in my lower right abdomen as well. is this cause for concern for cancer or something else?

High B12 level is harmless. High eosinophil counts are most often caused by allergies& parasitic infections. Continual or recurrent discomfort in the right lower abdomen,ongoing fatigue warrant evaluation by your MD or a gastroenterologist as a start.
