See a hematologist : Your mom's red blood cells are unusually big this could just signal a vitamin deficiency. She has an elevated lymphocyte percentage which could be from a viral infection but taking both those things into account she should see a hematologist to work her up for probable causes of the abnormality.

Maybe nothing: Labs mean nothing in isolation. Lymphocytes fluctuate wildly. If she is a heavy drinker, the mcv is a wake up call. If not a thyroid check may be in order, or just watch.
