Could get: Echo to be sure that anatomy is normal and there is nothing structurally wrong that is not a rythm problem that would show up on holter or EKG.

Talk to cardiologist: With normal E.K.G. at rest and after exercise,your chest tightness most probably not related to any cardiac problem. One can get chest tightness related to posture ,heart burn or mild asthma I presume your Holter monitoring is normal ,Discuss with your cardiologist .
