Hello i am 22 year old and 6 month pregnant lady. very first time i faced the problem of chest pain in my first trimester. i got panic and done my ecg and echo both are normal. but still sometimes i feel pinching pain in my chest?

It could be muscular or related to your esophagus (Tube taking food to stomach). As long as your heart checkup is OK it is probably not serious. If persists let your OB know. Good luckand
