0-3.5 : For a man, age 50-59 age specific PSA are between 0 to 3.5. For a woman that age I don't know ;)

Normal under 4.0: Normal is under 4.0, so you're normal. You might be concerned however if the number has increased .75 in each of the last 2 years.
