Healthy 74 year old man. turp operation 10 years ago was clear. now psa going up. oct 207- 6.84, jan 2018 9.26 and clear mri scan, may 2018 11.78 and then down in aug 2018 to 8.1. free psa 0.20. what should i do?

Free psa: A negative prostate mri finding is reassuring. Free psa of 20% is nondiagnostic in my opinion. A decrease in total psa in August is favorable also. I would defer to a skilled urologist for advice and hesitate to get more than one second opinion.
