Lipomas: are squishy us should but may not show anything have a doctor take a look at the lesion

Possibly: Lipomas are fatty tissue. They may not be seen on US, CT, or even MRI as they are abnormal collections of 'normal' tissue. They can blend into the surrounding fat and never be detected on those tests. Sometimes the only way to find them is on exam. They may cause tenderness in certain locations.
