I had mrsa twice under arm in '10. now minor sore throat for 2 weeks. no other symptoms. allergy meds/amoxicillin not helping. just moved to oh. mrsa?

Sore theoat: You need a throat culture to confirm it. Best to do off antibiotics for five days.

Unlikely : Unlikely.... Most probably viral infection. However if fevers or sore throat getting worse.... Of course go see a physician. You may need throat swabs, rapid strep and Mono spot tests as well.. And antibiotics if clinical signs point to bacterial infection.
